王永信牧師創辦中國信徒佈道會 （「中信」） 以「福音傳華民、恩澤遍萬邦」為目標和宣教異象。他生前一直強調，神的國度是超越個人、宗派的大國度，華人教會的領袖們都應有廣大之心，致力於普世宣教**。在他一生事奉的福音機構和宣教運動上也印證着這目標的實現。

2025年是加拿大中信温哥華中心成立25周年，標誌着加拿大中信於過去四分一世紀在城市宣教方面的努力。「將教會帶到人群，然後將人群帶回教會」是我們最大的方向。若從普世宣教的角度出發，如我們亦要把教會帶到人群，這群人應屬乎各民、各族、各方、各國。 

其實，要服侍萬邦，機會就在咫尺。現在的前景比以前更好、機會更多……對福音的需求也是如此。 

加拿大是一個多元文化的國家，來自不同種族和文化背景的新移民、難民、留學生不計其數，無論我們身處學校、職場、商場、食肆或其他生活場所，都不難跟他們踫面。昔日，一談「宣教」，我們往往只想到差派宣教士到千里之外的異地傳福音；其實，在宣教士往「遠方去」的同時，神亦從異地把跨文化的廣大禾場帶到我們「近處來」，這些跟我們膚色迥異、語言不同的福音對象，不少更是我們的鄰居，甚至住在同一社區的未得之民。 

神已把這個跨文化宣教的契機放在我們眼前， 大家又是否願意抓緊這個讓「恩澤遍萬邦」的良機，為擴展上帝的國度擺上更多？這正是加拿大中信慈善基金會於王永信牧師百歲週年紀念之際成立「王永信牧師紀念基金」的原因——紀念他的事奉人生、延續他的普世宣教初心、和傳承他留给我們寶貴的屬靈遺產。

Rev. Thomas Wang, founder of the Chinese Christian Mission ("CCM"), established the organization with the vision of "Reaching the Chinese to Reach the World". Throughout his life, he emphasized that God's Kingdom transcends individuals and denominations — a vast Kingdom that calls for broad-mindedness and commitment from all leaders of the Chinese Church to the cause of global missions. His lifelong ministry and leadership in evangelistic organizations and mission movements bore testament to this vision in action.

The year 2025 marks the 25th anniversary of CCM Canada Vancouver Centre, a milestone that reflects a quarter-century of dedication to urban mission in Canada. Our primary goal has been "Bringing the Church to the people, then Bringing the people back to the Church". From the perspective of global missions, reaching the people means reaching people of every tribe, race, language, and nation.

In reality, the opportunity to serve the nations is already near at hand. The prospects now are even better and more than before… and so as the gospel needs.

Canada is a multicultural country, home to countless newcomers—immigrants, refugees, and international students — from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds. Whether in schools, workplaces, shopping malls, restaurants, or other daily environments, we regularly encounter them. In the past, "missions" typically meant sending missionaries overseas. But today, even as missionaries go abroad, God is bringing a vast cross-cultural mission field right to our doorstep. Many of these people — who may look different from us and speak a different language — are in fact our neighbors, living in the same community, many of them are among the unreached.

God has placed this cross-cultural mission opportunity before us. Are we willing to seize it and embrace God's calling to extend His grace to all nations and to advance His Kingdom?

CCM Canada Charitable Foundation established the "Rev. Thomas Wang Memorial Fund", in commemoration of Rev. Wang's 100th birthday anniversary, to honor his life of service, to carry forward his heart for global missions, and to pass down the rich spiritual legacy he left behind.

支持「本土跨文化宣教事工」：

  • 與加拿大不同地區的本地教會合作，推動各樣事工，例如安家服務、英文班等，以接觸來自不同種族、文化和宗教背景的朋友，締造傳福音的機會。
  • 跟其他基督教機構和神學院合作，發展和提供適切的培訓課程，讓弟兄姊妹在文化認知、技能和知識等方面做好裝備，以參與跨文化服侍、實踐、見證和分享福音的使命。
  • 支援和支持加拿大本土來自其他種族和文化背景的肢體及其剛剛成立的教會，彼此配搭，齊心拓展天國事工。 

支持「本土跨文化宣教事工」：

  • 与加拿大不同地区的本地教会合作，推动各样事工，例如安家服务、英文班等，以接触来自不同种族、文化和宗教背景的朋友，缔造传福音的机会。
  • 跟其他基督教机构和神学院合作，发展和提供适切的培训课程，让弟兄姊妹在文化认知、技能和知识等方面做好装备，以参与跨文化服侍、实践、见证和分享福音的使命。
  • 支援和支持加拿大本土来自其他种族和文化背景的肢体及其刚刚成立的教会，彼此配搭，齐心拓展天国事工。

To support "Urban Intercultural Ministry":

  • To mobilize and collaborate with local churches in major cities across Canada in launching ministries such as settlement services and English classes, creating evangelistic opportunities to reach people from various ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds.
  • To partner with Christian organizations and seminaries in developing and delivering appropriate training programs. These will equip believers with cross-cultural awareness, practical outreaching skills, and theological knowledge to engage effectively in intercultural ministry, bearing witness and sharing the Gospel.
  • To support individuals and newly established churches in Canada that are from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds — working together in unity to advance the work of God's Kingdom.
