此永久基金設立之目的：
- 小城宣教 — 鼓勵並提供部分資助予牧者、宣教士及有心宣教的弟兄姊妹，留守小城，作短期小城宣教牧養事工。
- 海外宣教 — 透過對新宣教士的海外宣教事工經費支持，繼續延伸大使命，好讓他們往普天下去，將福音傳到地極。
此永久基金之投資回報，將用作支持加拿大中信小城及海外宣教事工；加拿大中信負責申請及撥款事宜。
此永久基金设立之目的：

Purpose of Establishing this Endowment Fund:
- Small Town Missions – To encourage and provide partial subsidy for pastors, missionaries, and brothers and sisters to strengthen local believers through short term mission trips.
- Overseas Missions – To support and provide seed funding for new missionaries serving in overseas mission.
The investment returns from this endowment fund will be used to support CCM Canada's Small Town Missions and Overseas Missions ministries. CCM Canada will be responsible for managing the application process and the disbursement of the funds.
