雷卓明牧師原籍廣東台山，1951年6月9日在香港出生，在家排行最幼，小時已具演說天才，生活極有規律。1976年蒙主呼召，先後就讀溫哥華卑詩大學 (UBC)、維真神學院 (Regent College) 及美國福樂神學院 (Fuller Theological Seminary)，獲神學碩士銜。78年受列治文宣道會之聘，就任助理牧師，協助陳終道牧師牧養教會。85年與吳曼麗姊妹結婚。87年2月8日被按立為牧師。88年2月受聘中信為助理執行主任，5月上任。不幸於11月17日因病入院，群醫束手，12月3日晚安息主懷，英年早逝，聞者痛之。||雷卓明牧师原籍广东台山，1951年6月9日在香港出生，在家排行最幼，小时已具演说天才，生活极有规律。 1976年蒙主呼召，先后就读温哥华卑诗大学 (UBC)、维真神学院 (Regent College) 及美国福乐神学院 (Fuller Theological Seminary)，获神学硕士衔。 78年受列治文宣道会之聘，就任助理牧师，协助陈终道牧师牧养教会。 85年与吴曼丽姊妹结婚。 87年2月8日被按立为牧师。 88年2月受聘中信为助理执行主任，5月上任。不幸于11月17日因病入院，群医束手，12月3日晚安息主怀，英年早逝，闻者痛之。||The family of Rev. Ray Lui was from Toishan, Guangdong. He was born June 9, 1951, in Hong Kong, the youngest of the siblings. He was well disciplined and gifted in speech, even when young. He received his call to service in 1976. Graduating from the University of British Columbia, he continued his studies at Regent College and Fuller Theological Seminary in the States, graduating with a Master of Theology degree. The Richmond Alliance Church called him to be the Assistant Pastor of Rev. Stephen Chan Chung Tao, in 1978. In 1985, he married Ms. Mary Man-Li Wu and was ordained February 8, 1987. He was hired as Assistant Executive Director of CCM Canada in February, 1988, and took office in May. He was admitted to the hospital on November 17, and went home to be with the Lord on December 3. What a tragedy that he passed away in his prime.

Lui′s love of and dedication to the Lord was a model to follow by co-workers, brothers and sisters. In view of this, Mrs. Lui specially set up this fund with the collaboration of CCM so that his service and dedication may be continued.

紀念講座||纪念讲座||MEMORIAL SEMINARS
由於雷牧師生前喜愛神學研究，因此委員會將定期舉辦神學講座，以資紀念，並為基金會募集捐款。||由于雷牧师生前喜爱神学研究，因此委员会将定期举办神学讲座，以资纪念，并为基金会募集捐款。||To commemorate Rev. Lui′s love for theological studies, the Fund Committee would schedule theological seminars regularly to raise funds.
基金分配||基金分配||DISTRIBUTION
- 補助神學生就讀與牧者、同工之進修──補助部份學費，由基金直接繳付與神學院；||补助神学生就读与牧者、同工之进修──补助部份学费，由基金直接缴付与神学院；||Partial subsidy of the tuition for the continuing education of theological students, pastors and CCM staff. Funds will be sent directly to the seminary.
- 資助投身加拿大中信短期宣教工作──有心奉獻作全時間事奉者將獲優先考慮。||资助投身加拿大中信短期宣教工作──有心奉献作全时间事奉者将获优先考虑。||Provide financial aid for participating in CCM of Canada short term mission work. Priority will be given to those planning for full time ministry.
