此指定基金之本金和投資回報,將用作支持加拿大中信之輔導及精神健康事工，並以溫哥華中心靈機輔導服務為優先資助對象。基金㇐方面為無力負擔服務費用的人士提供經濟援助，另㇐方面透過持續的專業發展培訓，提升輔導員的專業能力。||此指定基金之本金和投资回报,将用作支持加拿大中信之辅导及精神健康事工，并以温哥华中心灵机辅导服务为优先资助对象。基金㇐方面为无力负担服务费用的人士提供经济援助，另㇐方面透过持续的专业发展培训，提升辅导员的专业能力。||This is a designated fund, in which both the principle and the investment returns will be used to support the CCM Canada's Counselling and Mental Health Ministry, with priority allocation to Vancouver Linkage. It helps provide financial assistance to individuals who are unable to afford service fees while also strengthening counsellors through ongoing professional development.
